Raita is a classic Indian side dish that comes in many varieties, like this simple one.

Method

  1. Season 400 g thick Greek yoghurt with sea salt flakes, freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander and 1-2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Add ½ teaspoon ground cumin, if desired.
