Method

  1. Next time you make thin pancakes or crêpes, try serving them with lime wedges and sweetened condensed milk (from a tin). Simply drizzle a bit of condensed milk over the pancakes, squeeze over some lime juice and dust with a bit of caster sugar. Roll up and enjoy!
  2. Alternatively, serve the pancakes with squeezed lemon or lime and a little sugar.
