A fabulous and quick lemon cream to serve with strawberries, blackberries or other summer berries, or with a fruit salad, or on top of the lemon pavlova with berries.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Combine 300 g thick Greek yoghurt with about 100 ml room-temperature lemon curd, and sift in a little icing sugar, to taste.
