Ingredients

Method

  1. To make marinated olives, combine 300 g olives with the grated zest of 1 organic orange or lemon (or ideally a bit of both), 2 teaspoons dried thyme, 1 teaspoon dried chopped rosemary and 4-5 tablespoons good-quality olive oil. Stir and set aside to infuse for at least a couple of hours. First-rate finger food.
  2. To make quick olives, add thin lemon slices or pieces to a bowl of olives and combine. Eye-catching and fresh-tasting at the same time!
