An effortless and slightly unexpected appetiser. Place toothpicks or small forks on the side of the platter.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut Manchego cheese into strips or cubes and arrange them on a platter. Drizzle with fruity olive oil and crumble with fresh or dried rosemary (or you could use thyme). Scatter very thin slices of mild red chilli on top and, lastly, add a few tasty green and black olives. Serve with bread and a glass of wine.
