A fresh chilli mix that enhances anything from a tomato salad with fresh coriander to a small cracker with soft goat’s cheese and a sprig of parsley… Simply addictive!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Deseed and chop a few mild green chillies (we use large, light-green ají blancos that we grow in big pots). Add as many (or few) seeds as you like: the more seeds, the hotter the mix. Place in a small bowl, add finely chopped garlic, sea salt and cover with vegetable oil. Lasts up to 1 week in the fridge.
