Great with tandoori food, naan and even baked potatoes.

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
150ml light cream cheese
2-3 tablespoons milk
handful coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix together with the milk. Season well, adding the coriander leaves, onion, chilli and lemon juice. Taste, adjust the seasoning and serve.
