Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
800g tinned haricot beans
1 tablespoon Harissa
100ml extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

  1. Drain 800g tinned haricot beans and transfer to a bowl with 1 tablespoon harissa and mix well to combine. Add 100ml extra-virgin olive oil and the juice of 1 lemon, and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Combine well before serving.
