Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 small cucumber
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 thinly sliced red onion
cumin salt

Method

  1. Combine 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin and 1 teaspoon sea salt in a small bowl. Peel and grate 1 small cucumber, then add to a bowl with 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil and the juice of 1/2 lemon and mix well. Add 1 thinly sliced red onion, sprinkle with the cumin salt and serve.
