Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
500ml blood orange juice
1 tablespoon caster sugar

Method

  1. Place 500ml blood orange juice and 1 tablespoon caster sugar in a jug and stir well to combine. Transfer to an ice-cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Once done, either place in the freezer until ready to use or transfer immediately to serving bowls or glasses.
