Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/4 iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup chrysanthemum leaves
sea salt

Ginger and sesame dressing

Quantity Ingredient
1 1/2 tablespoons ginger vinegar
1 1/4 tablespoons white sesame oil
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Method

  1. To make the ginger and sesame dressing, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Tear the iceberg lettuce into rough pieces. In a serving bowl, gently toss the chrysanthemum and iceberg leaves with 2 tablespoons of the dressing and a pinch of salt. Taste the salad and add more salt and dressing if required.
