Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
100ml soy sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 long red chilli, cut into thin rings

Method

  1. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice and sugar in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Divide the sauce among six dipping bowls. Add the chilli and serve.
