Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1/2 long red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
1 lemongrass stem, finely chopped, white part only

Method

  1. Place the salt, chilli and lemongrass on a chopping board and chop for about 10 seconds to combine the flavours.
  2. Divide among six dipping bowls.
