Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2-3 thin birdseye chilli slices or freshly ground black pepper
wedge of lime

Method

  1. Place the salt in a mound in a dipping bowl. Next to the salt place the chilli or pepper and beside that the lime wedge.
  2. When the food is presented at the table, squeeze the lime juice into the centre of the dipping bowl and stir with a chopstick to incorporate the three flavours. This recipe is for one person only.
