Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons fish sauce
100ml lime juice
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
70g caster sugar
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 long red chilli, chopped

Method

  1. Combine the fish sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and sugar in a small bowl, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Add the garlic and chilli.
