Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 litre strong black tea
grated orange peel
500ml sugar syrup, (or to taste)
375ml rum
375ml calvados
375ml dry red wine
orange slices, to garnish
lemon slices, to garnish

Method

  1. Add hot water to the tea and allow to brew for at least five minutes. Mix hot tea and grated orange peel together in a saucepan and allow to cool. Add the sugar and mix until dissolved. Pour the other ingredients into the mix with a block of ice and chill for several hours. Garnish with orange and lemon slices.

  • As a host you want to be busy having a good time and introducing people to one another. Assign several trusted male friends with some of the other tasks. Your friend might moan about being put on Mojito-mixing duty, but tell him that girls love Mojitos and that he will get to meet every single attractive woman in the course of the night. Lucky boy.
