"My favourite cocktail is a bull shot. It’s a rare bird to come across, as the only bartenders familiar with this Old World drink are those over fifty, who have made a career out of tending bar for gentlemen. I don’t think that there are more than six or so restaurants in all of New York that feature the drink. And, not ironically, they happen to be the most stylish classic venues still in business. It’s kind of a drink out of the 1930s. As a matter of fact, if a restaurant serves the drink, you can bet they know high-class food and have a reputation for fine service."

75ml chilled beef bouillon
dash worcestershire sauce
