Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 part peach purée
3 parts champagne

Method

  1. To make the purée simply stone some peaches and chuck them into a blender. Stir the ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with more champagne if necessary.

Harry’s Bar - Venice

  • This is the undisputed home of the Bellini. Harry’s Bar was opened by Giuseppe Cipriani in 1931 and he gave the Bellini its name because the colour reminded him of a saint’s toga in a painting by the 15th-century artist Giovanni Bellini.
